I almost ran out of time today to get this up, but no worries I’m here.
This is something I came up with, it’s kind of like alfredo sauce. I serve it over some kind of noodles and sometimes add crushed walnuts to it.
What you need
1-250g tub of low-fat cream cheese
1-284ml can of low sodium chicken broth
4-6 cloves of garlic crushed
1/4 cup milk
1 cup mozzarella cheese
olive oil spray
How to cook
Spray the nonstick pot with olive oil spray and Heat pan on medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until tender. Add the can of broth and bring to a boil (may have to raise temp). Once it’s boiling add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Then add the milk and cheese and stir until it’s warm all the way threw. Serve over your favorite pasta. You can sprinkle Parmesan cheese on-top too.
If your sauce is a bit runny add a tablespoon of flour and sir til thickened.
