Favorite Food Friday #7

This is what I eat for breakfast everyday. I’ll call it, Erica’s Special and Yummy Protein Shake.

What you need:
1 cup milk
1 package of chocolate flavored protein powder mix
2 heaping Table Spoons full of peanut-butter
7 baby carrots
7 ice cubes
5 Large frozen strawberries.

Place in blender and puree to desired texture.

I LOVE this drink. It’s yummy, it gives me plenty of energy for the morning, it is full of vitamins, and is filling. I usually drink 2 glasses of water with it to make sure I replenish my fluids from a night of no water.
