How to cook it:
Spray each pork on each side with the oil, then create a mix of garlic powder and salt to your desired taste. Add the mix to each side of the pork. Line a baking pan with foil and set the oven to broil. With the oven partially open cook the pork for 2 minutes flip the pork and cook for 2 more minutes. Next add hoisen sauce to one side and cook for 3 more minutes, flip the pork and add hoisen sauce to the other side and cook for 3 more minutes.
Serve with greenbeans and you have a yummy healthy dinner.
