Week #2 is finally done. I am struggling with eating some of the food and can’t wait til I make my next order so I can order the foods I know I like now. It’s a learning process, and for myself I had to try a bit of everything I thought I’d like. I found some I LOVE and found some that I really don’t want to eat again. I still can’t get over how YUMMY their pizza is, I LOVE pizza and to have it as an option is great. Something new I tired this week that I was actually dreading, I wasn’t even sure why I ordered it because I usually HATE it as a normal food, is Beef and Noodles With Stroganoff Sauce. And guess what!?! I LOVED it, sooooooooo yummy. I also tried NutriChocolates (Chocolate Flavoured Chips), they tasted like “Kisses”, very satisfying for this chocolate lover.
My first week I was very very sick and didn’t have any energy to workout. This week I’m feeling a bit better, still low on energy but I wanted to get my butt in gear and do something. Nutrisystem sends you a DVD called “Woman’s Walk” with Leslie Sansone. You can walk 2 miles with her & also do a toning session, for this week I’ve only done the first mile. I hope to add more next week. I love this video. It’s easy to do, the instructor isn’t annoying like a lot of workout videos are. She is also very encouraging throughout the whole workout. Leslie also has 7 other women working out with her on the video. What I love is they aren’t the super muscle “of course they can keep up” people. You have average sized women, doing this workout with you. This makes you feel comfortable. I look forward to continue with this video. It’s nice to go on a “walk” inside when it’s cold outside.
Now for the moment we all have been waiting for, the weigh-in. I weighed in at 236.6lbs today. For a loss this week of 0.9lbs and a total of 5.4lbs
Kind of disappointed with this week. I worked harder and ate healthier and couldn’t even loose a full pound? BAH!! More motivation to work harder this week. I guess I should add, that after last week’s weigh-in We had one family Christmas and went out to eat once as well. But that was it, and at the beginning of the week.
