This week has been my best yet as far as eating and getting enough water. I wasn’t struggling through to eat and drink all I needed to. My food came earlier in the week, so that was exciting as well.
A new food I tried this week and fell in love with was Nurtisystem’s Hearty Minestrone Soup. I totally thought I’d HATE it but one bite and I was sold. I will be ordering more next month. The thick crust pizza that I loved so much was discontinued so they sent me their Italian Herb Flatbread Pizza. This was just a good and I love that it has more flat space to work with. I’ve been adding a bit of mushrooms and onion to it, mmmm…
So I wanted to share with you how my pantry looks before and after adding 2 week’s worth of food. The box contains my breakfasts and snacks. The green containers are my lunches and the orange are my dinners.
I’ve been working on making the most of my meals. I am asked to have a snack in-between lunch and dinner that includes a fruit/veggie and a dairy/protein. I take a fruit serving from dinner and add it to my snack. I add a banana, strawberries(or another berry) and 8oz of skim milk. I also add about 4-6 ice-cubes and blend. It becomes like ice-cream and tastes mmmmmm so good.
One of my favorite breakfast foods is the Nutrisystem Cinnamon Bun with a banana and 1 egg. I heat up the Bun to make it even more yummy. I really feel full after this meal and with a glass of water.
Now for the moment we all have been waiting for, the weigh-in. I weighed in at 229.3lbs today. For a loss this week of 3.1lbs and a total of 12.7lbs
