This week was a crazy stressful week. I scheduled too many things and got myself burnt out. I didn’t exercise too much, I could major house cleaning on Thursday and going for a walk yesterday as the only working out I did. On an exciting note we got an elliptical yesterday and I’m excited to use it everyday. I hope to see a bigger number next week since I’m upping my cardio.
With being busy I was still proud of myself at not over eating or eating bad. I did miss a few veggies but I didn’t turn to the usual junk food I would normally do when I’m busy and stressed, so to me this is a HUGE accomplishment.
I can’t believe I’ve been doing this for 2 months and how different I feel and look. When I started I was wearing size 20 pants, I am now in size 16 ALMOST size 14 pants. It feels good to get out of my “fat” pants. I’m hoping by the end of this month I will comfortable fit into size 14 and maybe size 12, but we’ll see. I haven’t worn size 12 since Jr High.
One food I tried for the first time this week was the Fudge Brownie, it was very yummy and moist and really filled my brownie cravings. Something I didn’t like when I first started this journey was the Macaroni and Cheese, but now I LOVE it. My new friend Susie told me to try things again after being on NS awhile because my taste buds would change and my body will be detoxing from all the bad foods it was use to. I’m glad she told me that because I love the Mac & Cheese now, filling another craving of mine. I really encourage you to check out her blog as she has been using NS for over a year now and has lost a lot of weight and has some great recipe ideas to help you enjoy every meal time.
Even though I didn’t loose a whole lot of weight this week, I still feel good about this week and month. Plus it’s still a loss, no gain. Next week isn’t suppose to be as crazy for me so hopefully I can stay on track with my eating and exercising.
Now for the moment we all have been waiting for, the weigh-in. I weighed in at 224.3lbs today. For a loss this week of 0.4lbs and a total of 17.6lbs
My current stats(Feb 19, 2011)-
Height- 5′ 11″
Weight(weekly updated)- 224.3lbs for a total loss of 17.6lbs
Thighs- 24.5 inches for a loss of 0 inches (total- .25)
Waist- 44.5 inches for a loss of 1 inches (total- 2.5in )
Hips- 43.5 inches for a loss of 2 inches (total- 3.5 )
Upper arms- 14 inches for a loss of 0 inches (total- .5in)
