Nutrisystem Week #12 (3 months)

WOW, 3 months have gone by already, sad to know this next month is my last month. I still feel like I have so much to learn. But at the same time I know I have learned a lot and have more self confidence on my food choices.
I’m still very sick, I have my surgery March 28th, till then I have a feeling I’m just going to feel like crap. But I did work hard at eating my Nutrisystem meals and Flex meals to keep on top of my weight loss goals.
Something I thought I’d try was to melt a Chocolaty Crunch Bar and mixed in a few raspberries(taken from my dinner portion) and freeze it. This was soooooo yummy. I bet any fruit would taste good like that. I sort of got the idea from my friend Susie’s blog but she used a banana, which I will add is yummy too.
I wasn’t too adventurous this week because of being sick so I set aside foods I hadn’t tried yet for a better week. I hope I’ll be able to try them and share with you my thoughts within the next couple of weeks. I also didn’t get any exercising in, I just have no energy with all the pain meds I’m on. They really are dragging me down and have made all things smell and taste like rubber & metal, even good smelling candles are awful right now.
Oh, I do what to share with you, or maybe it’s to remind you that if there is a NS Food you don’t like at first please try it again and maybe even a third time. I HATED their Macaroni and Cheese the first time I tried it, the second time it was just ok and now I LOVE it (just wish it was a bit creamier). I know I’ve said this before but I want to make sure to encourage you to keep trying new things and going back to the old. You never know what will be your new favorite food.

**After my weight-in I can officially say I’m now overweight NOT Obese!!! WOOHOO!!!**

Well, that’s all I have to say for this week. Can’t wait to read my results below. Thank you Nutrisystem for all you have done.

Now for the moment we all have been waiting for, the weigh-in. I weighed in at 213.8lbs today. For a loss this week of -4.4lbs and a total of 28.2lbs

My current stats (March 19, 2011)-
Height- 5′ 11″
Weight(weekly updated)- 213.8lbs for a total loss of 28.2lbs
Thighs- 23 inches for a loss of 1.5 inches (total- 1.75)
Waist- 44.0 inches for a loss of 0.5 inches (total- 3.0in )
Hips- 43.0 inches for a loss of 0.5 inches (total- 4.0 )
Upper arms- 13.75 inches for a loss of .25 inches (total- .75in)
