Nutrisystem Week #15

So this was a way better week health wise. I tried eating Nutrisystem food as much as possible. I am going through withdrawal from the meds and have the munchies all the time, so that didn’t help me eat very well. I am writing all this BEFORE my weigh-in. I am HOPING for at least a 0 weight loss and no plus but I am pretty sure that won’t be possible. I have a feeling I will see a +3. I went from eating almost nothing for 5 weeks to eating almost a full days food everyday. Along with the munchies and on Thursday was my daughter’s 5th birthday. I’m not one for excuses, I hate them in fact- they are the reason I was so fat in the first place, but after a month of hell and it was being my daughter’s birthday I felt it was time to have a good celebration. We ate at a pizza place and I had a cupcake.
Nutrisystem wise, I did a lot better and made some good choices. I hope next week will be even better and that I will see a weight loss. I am not sure what this week will be but we’ll see and I’m hoping.

Now for the moment we all have been waiting for, the weigh-in. I weighed in at 208.3lbs today. For a loss this week of -0.3lbs and a total of 33.7lbs
