Nutrisystem Week #17

This was a total Nutrisystem week or atleast a felx week(eating foods/amounts recommended by NS)
It felt good to be back on track again. Last weekend was nuts with Lee’s HUGE birthday party but after that I was back on. I did stumble on Wednesday when I brought store bought cookies to Bible study. I got soooo tempted that I ate 2 of them. I ten looked at the calorie count and in two cookies I ate 360 calories!!! Lets just say I worked out extra hard that night.
I’m still having problems with the taste of the Italian Herb Pizza, I have no clue why as this was almost the only food I wanted to eat before I got sick, I’m still in hopes that my taste buds will change back and I’ll enjoy it again.
One thing I’m totally enjoying is my Thin Mint chocolate bar. With it being Spring time I’m craving Mint chocolate a lot and this really hits the spot.
My Good friend Susie gave me my next two Nutribears that I would have earned had I been on the USA plan. I love her for all her support and for her friendship. Without her I think I would be lost and that I wouldn’t have been as faithful to the program as I have been. Thank you Susie.

Now for the moment we all have been waiting for, the weigh-in. I weighed in at 205.9lbs today. For a loss this week of -0.9lbs and a total of 36.1lbs
