RevAbs-The Beginning

I am very very very excited to be part of the blogger review program for RevAbs by BeachBody. I should say “excited AND very nervous”. Why nervous? I’m so scared it’s going to be killer, but that is also what makes it exciting. Nervous because I don’t want to fail myself. Nervous to actually feel good about how I look. <-- I know that one is silly but I'm so comfortable being larger and I'm scared of how I'll feel once I'm fit. I'm sure I'll feel great about myself but being at the beginning it still feels weird to know that in 90 days I will be fit and feeling strong. I plan on following the meal plan that comes with it. I am doing this to show that the whole program WORKS, or doesn't. I've read through the meal plan they sent me and it's really simple and each recipe is made with foods that are easy to find in a regular grocery store. For the first week I will also be using their Shakeology shakes for lunch. These sound so yummy and last summer I was making protein shakes for myself and I loved it then. If I love it I plan on buying more if money allows.

Here I am talking all about RevAbs but I haven’t shared with you what it is. RevAbs was developed by Brett Hoebel (you may recognize him from this season of “Biggest Loser”).

Sounds pretty cool, eh? It’s so cool that my husband, Chris, is also going to be doing this challenge with me. We will give you weekly updates and weigh-ins(on Mondays). Along with that we will give you monthly photos and full stats on our progress. We also plan on adding videos of our thoughts.
