Week #2 is behind me now for RevAbs by Brett Hoebel & BeachBody.
Before I weigh myself I want to write about my week. I feel like I failed myself with not eating properly. On Saturday we were out longer then I expected and the only thing to eat was hotdogs. On Monday we were visiting family and I caved in to homemade macaroni salad(this is a weakness of mine). On Thursday I went on my daughter’s class field trip to the farm and we only had a chance to eat once, which made me tired after being use to eating smaller meals throughout the day. Plus two times this week I just plan cheated and ate some kind of carb. I did add a half hour extra of cardio on those days to try and burn more calories but I know that’s not the right way to treat my body. I plan on this next week to do the Jump Start menu. I don’t want to break down again and pig out on the carbs that got me to where I was a few months ago(So on Wednesday if I am doing well at following the plan I plan on making a meal from the other part of the menu plan w/ a carb to help satisfy my craving just a small bit). I really am also missing my Shakeology shakes and can’t wait to have enough money to buy 3 months worth. I could really feel the energy they were giving me and my digestive system was happier. I also noticed I didn’t crave carbs as much. So hopefully after our tax return comes Chris will let me get it again.
As for workouts, I worked HARD this week. I tried going into the “RevZone” twice a workout to push myself even further. I also noticed my abs are already getting stronger and I was able to do the regular routine more, rather then always doing what the modifier was doing. I am also able to see more muscle in my legs and arms which is helping me feel stronger too. My abs have a long ways to go. I have had 2 c-sections and the muscles aren’t like they should. But I’m not giving up on them, I just need time and need to stay motivated.
So here’s to another week. I’m not giving up. I’m going to take my weaknesses from last week and have them motivate me to work harder this week.

I weighed in at 197.5lbs today. For a loss this week of -0.7lbs and a total of 5.3lbs
(and for those of you that have been following me since Christmas 2010 my total weight loss is 44.5lbs)
Chris weighed in at 205.5lbs today. For a loss this week of -3.1lbs and a total of 8.1lbs
-I need to add that I hate that men loose their weight faster and easier then women. Chris did not have a chance to work out this week. He did eat healthy but enjoyed carbs and he STILL lost weight!!! I’m happy for him but just wish it was easier for me to loose all this fat.
