RevAbs week #5 update

Here is my week #5 update of RevAbs by Brett Hoebel & BeachBody.

This week I started Phase 2 of the RevAbs program. My first day was with , fat-Burning Abs, I totally thought Brett had gone insane. We had to do a moving plank right off the bat. You get into a plank position and then step to one side and move down the mat, then back again for 60 sec. I was scared to death that I was doing this, in Phase 1 I could barely hold plank for that long. But I had to remind myself that when I started this whole thing I couldn’t do any of it at all and now look where I am. I know with continued hard work in 30 days I’ll be able to do it with no problem(or with very little problem), just in time for phase three, lol.
Day 2 of phase 2 wasn’t any easier, Power Intervals 2. Crazy, but I loved it. The intervals were a bit longer and I am having a tough time getting the coordination down, but I know I can do it. By the end of this week I was sore from head to toe again. But it felt good knowing I’m pushing myself even further.
Eating wise I did pretty good with the exception of last Sunday when I PIGGED out at a family event. But I can tell you the next day I was paying for it. I called it a junk food hangover and it didn’t feel pretty. I was glad my body hated it, it taught me to be kind to it all the time. I totally won’t be doing that again. I actually paid for it for a few days, yuck.
I am happy to say that we finally were able to order Shakeology. My first package should be coming very very soon. I can’t wait, my lunches will be so yummy. I can’t wait to share with you guys some of my favorite shakes.
