RevAbs week #10 update

Here is my week #10 update of RevAbs by Brett Hoebel & BeachBody.

This week was HOT!!! I’m sure most of you know what I mean. It was so hot one day at swim class in the water with Moo I ended up with heat exhaustion and threw-up. With all this heat I ended up really sick for 3 days and could not workout. I did go swimming everyday but not hard core.
I am traveling again tomorrow and Tuesday and plan on eating as healthy as possible. We also booked a hotel with a pool and gym again. I look forward to it.
other then the heat this week was mostly uneventful. I did go to my 15 year High School class reunion and had a blast and I was glad I was over 55lbs lighter then I was a year ago. I went to the golf tournament and choose to walk the course, rather then use a cart. My friends thought I was a bit crazy but I said, walking/running won’t kill me for the next few hours. I did enjoy a few drinks at the reunion but I didn’t over do it.

I am proud of how well I’ve done on my vacation so far. Usually people gain weight on vacay and when I’m visiting parents I know gain weight. But I lost weight this vacation so far and hope I will continue as we travel to visit my husband’s family for the next 2 weeks.

ERICA’S Stats-
I weighed in at 189.2lbs today. For a loss this week of -1.1lbs and a total of -13.6lbs

(and for those of you that have been following me since Christmas 2010 my total weight loss is -56.3lbs(starting weight on Dec 13 245.5lbs))
