RevAbs week #7 update

Here is my week #7 update of RevAbs by Brett Hoebel & BeachBody.

So this week didn’t slow down for me any. It was Lee’s last week of school, lots of extra event with that. We have a house guest living with us for awhile and that makes life a bit more busy. And we’re getting ready for a trip. Oh and of course we had family & friends over for Canada day. WOW. BUT I do want to say that I worked out all 6 days this week. It was tough and energy levels are very very low right now but I knew I’d feel down on myself if I didn’t workout.
My least favorite workout right now is the hour long Strength & Endurance and Merciless Abs days. By the time I get to Merciless Abs I have no energy left. One day this week I couldn’t even move anymore. It’s really discouraging to me. I’m watching what I eat and making sure I fuel my body properly but I still feel tired on the days of this workout. I guess it doesn’t help it’s sooooo hot out right now either.

Eating wise was almost a perfect week for me. Even at the family BBQ I did well, avoiding the chip bowl altogether. But I will admit I enjoyed a few drinks this weekend. I know it’s bad, but in reality I drink only a hand full of times a year and I enjoy it when I get the chance. One thing I thought of today was though, I was just burning off the calories I consumed rather then burning more fat but I’m not going to beat myself up over it.

We leave for a 4.5 week vacation this week. It will be a lot of traveling and being in places that don’t eat the same foods as I do now. But I have a plan thanks to a link Brett shared on his facebook page a few weeks ago. If you plan on traveling I encourage you to check it out.

Next week’s post will be interesting. It will be my 2 month check-in, so be on the look out for new photos, all my stats and Phase 3 will be coming shortly after that. I will also share with you how traveling went for me and what choices I made. Here’s to hoping for wise, healthy choices.

I weighed in at 190.0lbs today. For a loss this week of -3.3lbs and a total of -12.8lbs
I’m ONLY 10lbs from my original goal weight!! And 15lbs to my new goal weight.

(and for those of you that have been following me since Christmas 2010 my total weight loss is -55.5lbs(starting weight on Dec 13 245.5lbs))
