here is my week #9 update of RevAbs by Brett Hoebel & BeachBody.
Even though I am not home I have set aside time everyday to workout with the exception of the weekends, they are jammed pack full for activities. My week is too with taking the kids to swimming lessons(participating in the parent/tot class with Moo), taking care of the kids while Chris works on vacation and trying to spend time with my family & friends. But I still make it a priority to workout and stay healthy. In fact a couple days this week I would go on runs to the local coffee shop and meet up with people there and then run back home. In the evenings I’ve been going on 30 minute walks. And still doing RevAbs.
Speaking of doing RevAbs, I started Phase 3 (Full Throttle). there are two new videos in this and you keep a few of the old ones from Phase 2 to use as well. One shock with the new videos is that there are 4 phases instead of 3! I was usually spent but phase three in the first two phases so I was nervous to be doing 4 phases. And even though it was tough I LOVED it, I felt even more energized if that is possible and I’m feeling so much stronger. I still “yell” at Brett when working out telling him he must be crazy, but I keep pushing ahead and working hard. I’m even learning to love “mountain climbers” w/ push-ups. That is something I’d never thought I’d say. Oh, and I’ve decided I want to be able to run a 5K without stopping by the end of the year, I really love running and the power it gives me inside. Never thought I’d hear myself say that either, LOL.
For eating I’ve been doing pretty well. One night we had pizza from my favorite pizza place and I only get it once a year so I tried not feeling too guilty for it and hope it doesn’t reflect in my weight this week(haven’t done my weigh-in yet). And on Saturday my family went on a small trip and we ended up eating at a place that had nothing but fried and/or breaded foods. I got the chicken and took the breading off but I know it still wasn’t what I’d like to eat. Other then those two meals I’ve been eating very well, having shakeology every day and drinking plenty of water since it’s soooooo HOT.
I weighed in at 190.3lbs today. For a gain this week of -2.4lbs and a total of -12.5lbs
(I was hoping for a bigger number but I am happy to see some loss. My goal for next week is to be clearly in the 180’s)
(and for those of you that have been following me since Christmas 2010 my total weight loss is -55.2lbs(starting weight on Dec 13 245.5lbs))
