“Life Everlasting” By Robert Whitlow
“Though Alexia’s client’s life no longer hangs in the balance, eternal questions linger.
The music stopped, the room emptied, and Baxter Richardson opened his eyes for the first time in months. He should have died from his involuntary plunge off a cliff. But he’s alive, and mortal danger remains. Familiar enemies stalk him. New ones hover close at hand.
Meanwhile, haunted by accusing apparitions and the tightening dragnet of criminal investigation, Baxter’s wife, Rena, is losing her patience. And quite possibly her mind.
Caught in the middle of it all is Alexia Lindale, a lawyer forced to find her way through deceptive alliances, uncertain romances, and courtroom intrigue. It’s a struggle of life, death . . . and life everlasting.”

My Thoughts-
I love finding books that I fall in love with and this is one of them. I only wish the author would write a sequel to this book with the same characters. I fell in love with them all, even Rena who I didn’t ever trust throughout the whole book.
The book starts off with each chapter being about different people and what is going on in their life, eventually it all comes together and everyone has their place in the story.
I love the idea of music therapy and what Ted does for Mr. Richardson. Ted also lives on his faith in God’s healing not only for Mr Richardson, but also for himself. On top of all that he has lead Alex to Christ and is teaching her about prayer and faith.
This book is full of Christianity and faith. But it also has a great criminal mystery, lawyer story too. You don’t ever want to put this book down, you want to find out the truth about what happened to Mr Richardson and whether Rena is telling the truth about a cop’s death. I still didn’t feel like the book totally rapped everything up but I was left happy with the outcome so far. Like I said before I really want to see this story go on and see where everyone’s lives go.
I recommend this book to Christian adults(and hopefully others will love it too). It’s a fast paces fun read.
