I am very excited to be working with Dr. Sears in reviewing his Zonefast Program. In my first package I got 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 snacks and 7 dinners. All I have to do is follow their recipes and meal plan and I’m set. This meal plan comes with a calendar that helps you know what to eat when, leaving the guess work out of what you need to eat. Today I’m starting with a Zonefast Onion bagel, Caesar Salad w/ Zonefast flat bread, a Zonefast cookie and ZoneFast Fusilli w/ tomato sauce. My package even came with a recipe book to help me know how to prepare the meals. There is also a vitamin pack that you take daily that comes with this plan.
Carbs are always my down fall when it comes to weight loss and I’m hoping this meal plan will help teach me how to fight this and how to maintain a proper hormonal balance so I can be healthy and have more energy.
I will give you an update next week after finishing my first week of food and then another one after my second week. I can’t wait to see the results and see how I feel through out this new journey.

For those of you who have been following me since Christmas last year here is my totally weight loss so far- 66lbs(starting weight on Dec 13th, 2010- 245.5lbs)
I know I’ve only lost a 1.2lbs since I last updated you all a month ago. I’m only 5-10lbs away from my final goal and I haven’t been working as hard to get them off, I’m proud that I’ve been able to maintain my weight loss so far, it’s longest I’ve been able to do it.
