ABOUT-
“Time for a Hug” by Phillis Gershator and Mim Green, illustrated by David Walker
“When is it time for a hug? Anytime! This feel-good picture book assures kids there’s plenty of love to go around-the-clock.
From the moment Little Bunny wakes up in the morning until the moon comes out and the stars shine, every hour includes a warm hug from Big Bunny. Whether they bake or build, bike or hike, a caring hug always feels just right.”

My Thoughts-
First word I have to say about this book is “cute”. Super cute in fact. It even made me cry(so sweet). This book is spoken in rhyme and also teaches about counting/numbers. Your child will also learn about the important things we do throughout the day, like washing our face and combing our hair. But the most important time of the day is hug time. Little bunny gets many hugs throughout the day. I love this, it’s so important that we show our kids our love each and everyday and not just once but as often as we can.
This book is a great, wake up book, nighttime book or just an anytime book. Very fun to read with your kids. And my 5 yer old loves to read it to ME!!! A great book to teach counting/time, daily activities and family love. “Time for a Hug” is going to be a classic book you’ll pass on down to your grandchildren and hopefully their children too.
