Skillet Pumpkin Sauce: Apple Vinegar Brown Sugar review

My Thoughts-
About a year ago I had the chance to review Skillet bacon Jam from Skillet Street Foods. I love the taste and texture a lot and couldn’t wait to try one of the flavors in their new line of Skillet Pumpkin Sauce. I got to taste and test the Brown Sugar and Vinegar flavor of Skillet Pumpkin Sauce.

When you open the jar it smells kind of like ketchup, but sweeter. I tried mine on a piece of plain bread, so I could take in the full flavor. The taste is similar to ketchup but is sweet at first then gives a kick of spice. I personally wasn’t a huge fan of the taste but the rest of my family loved it. I think I’ll use it on french fires sometime and see if I like it then. That is, if it lasts till then, Moo kept asking for more, over and over. I’m also thinking this would taste great as a sauce to put on chicken before BBQing it. mmmmm…

Although I may have not enjoyed the taste, my kids did and that makes me happy. I did love the texture again and I’m thinking I want to try their Coconut flavor of Skillet Pumpkin Sauce. That sounds very yummy. I love the uniqueness of Skillet Street Foods and I would recommend you check them out.
