At the beginning of this year I had the chance to review 10 Minute Trainer from Beachbody. In one month of using this workout I lost 4.25 inches off my whole body. I really loved this workout, it’s tough but short. It leaves you with no excuse for time, you can and should be able to fit in 10 minutes a day.
The program does allow to add more minutes in a day if you feel like pushing harder and have the time. It’s one of the most flexible workouts I’ve ever done. I was sweating by then end of each workout and loved how I felt.
