I hope you have enjoyed learning more about the person behind the blog. I know I had fun sharing.
I’m very busy blogging. I have many book reviews coming and some great giveaways coming. I’m hoping in the new year to provide more health and fitness related reviews. I’m just struggling finding companies to work with.
I do have some good news. It’s been 16 weeks (4 months! WOW!) Since I fell down the stairs and ruptured my Achilles tendon. I was very far behind on healing until last week, the PT had me do some tests to show him the strength I now have in my leg and I’m now ahead of where I should be. I then saw my surgeon and he told me that by the Spring I should be allowed to run. When I first fell they all said it would be August before I would be allowed to run but because of how well I’m healing they said the Spring!!! This makes me so happy and I hope with this healing I can share more encouraging stories with you on how to stay fit. And right now I need to get my butt into gear, a 10+lb weight gain is not ok in my books. I hate how I feel and look right now. So with this blog and my healing I’m hoping to get back on track.
