My Thoughts-
Being into fitness and working out daily I often find I pull o muscle or strain too hard and hurt my shoulders and my neck. And being our of shape from my injury I’ve found this happens more often. The Tiger Balm Neck & Shoulder Rub came at a perfect time to my house.

Last week a spent four hours doing major cleaning of my house getting ready for the holidays. All that extra moving around and lifting thing caused me to pull the muscles in my neck and shoulders. So with the Tiger Balm I had my hubby rub my back with the cream. The cream went on smoothly and didn’t leave a sticky feeling. It does have an odor. At first the smell bothered me but soon it relaxed me. I looked at the indigence and saw that it has mint and lavender listed. Both smells are a calming and relaxing scent. That is something important to do when you pull a muscle, relax.

Over all I am very impressed. It has helped me for the past couple of weeks, getting through different aches and pains. It has also helped me sleep better at night. That might not be a common side effect but for me it has helped. I would very much recommend Tiger Balm Neck & Shoulder Rub. Easy to use, its not greasy, and it comes in a nice compact tube. The only warning I give is it does give off a smell that you might not be use to, but that smell goes away quickly and in the end relaxes you. Very awesome product.
