My Thoughts-
As a runner I get shin splints. If you’ve ever had them then you know how painful they can be. I usually have to sit around heating and icing my shins. And now that I’m pregnant I’m finding that my calves and shins ache a lot, and I’m usually icing them to keep the pain away. I’m excited to have the chance to work with THERA°PEARL and review their shin wraps.

Each package comes with two shin wraps. The wraps are adjustable to fit most leg sizes. I did find they were getting on the tighter side for my shins but they were still comfortable. Also, because they are adjustable you can make them tight enough so that you can walk around with them on. The directions on using them are on the box and on the wraps. You can freeze/refrigerated the packs for them to be cold or you can microwave them to apply heat. The inside of the wraps look like little beads, I love this because it allows the cold/heat to distribute along the curves of your legs.

I used the packs for ice recently. It’s been so hot out and my legs were so sore. It was so lovely to relax with the shin wraps on. The coldness lasted for over 30 minutes. I can really see me using these packs from when I start running again.

Would I recommend THERA°PEARL Shin Wraps? That would be a big YES! I’m also looking into purchasing their Eye-ssential Mask and their neck wrap. I’m dreaming of relaxing and feeling the pain melt away. Thank you THERA°PEARL for the shin wraps that I will be using often.
