Now that I had my baby and am healed from my Achilles tendon injury I am ready to start working out more hardcore. With that I need a little help with an energy boost. I was excited to have the chance to work with Pure Fitness Nutrition to try out their Pre-workout product, Elev8 for her Wild Blueberry. This product is to help with Energy, Fat Loss and Endurance.
It is recommended that if you’re not use to caffeine or it’s effects that you only use a half a scoop of the powder mix the first few times you use it. I’m use to caffeine so I did a full scoop added to 16oz of water. The mix looks green and blueish. The smell wasn’t too pleasing but I tried it out anyway. The taste actually wasn’t too bad, it’s sweet and tasted like a zesty blueberry mix. It even has a pleasant aftertaste.
I only had one serving of the mix to tryout so I can’t share how it works on the long term, in helping burn fat and how it helped with endurance through several workouts. I can say, it did give me plenty of energy for the “workout” (minor house cleaning. It’s all I’m allowed to do after a c-section but it’s more then what I was doing these past few months) and the day. I didn’t feel shaky and I didn’t have a crash once it wore off.
I would love to try Elev8 for her in Mango Pineapple for a longer term and see what results I get from that. From just one try I could tell it was helping with me pushing harder in my workout. I can’t imagine the results I would see after a month of using it.
If you’re serious about getting fit and burning fat I would recommend you try Elev8 for her.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
