This past few weeks I’ve been kicking up my workouts and this past week I’ve joined a 30 day plank challenge. Required for it is to follow the plank time of the day as well as eating healthy, drinking pleanty of water and adding exercise to our day. I’ve been off my feet for so long that with all the added working out I have found I’ve been very tight in my muscles as well as having a sore back, legs, butt and abs. I was excited to be introduced to an online workout company called Workouts on Demand. For my review they sent me their Yoga-Stretch #2 Video. (please see more info below on how to download this for FREE!)
This workout is 30 minutes long and is instructed by a women. The setting looks a lot like being in your living-room and there is subtle music in the background. They recommend you use a towel or yoga mat to do this workout and that you consult your doctor before starting any workout.
I found the yoga workout to be simple yet challenging. Most moves were easy to get into and hold and others were a struggle to keep in. The workout seem to go by very fast for me, I didn’t feel like I was doing it for 30 minutes. Which in my opinion is a good thing, you want to enjoy your workouts and not feel like they drag on forever.
When I was done with the workout my body felt refreshed, the soreness I had before starting had gone away and I was able to relax and head to bed. I loved how I felt and now I look forward to doing it every night, to wind down and relax before going to bed.
Workouts on Demand have several sign up options to pick from. The most expensive membership is cheaper then most gym fees and you have unlimited workout downloads and so much more. You can choose between a Basic, Value Plus or Premier membership. The video choices are very large. They have Cardio Dance, Cardio Kickboxing, Killer Abs, Toning & Sculpting, Step Aerobics, Low Impact Aerobics, Pilates Mat, Yoga & Meditation and Stability Ball. It’s like ordering workout videos all in one place.
I’m excited to have been introduced to this company and I can’t wait to try more out.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
