My Thoughts-
We were in the market for a new bathroom scale so I was excited when I had the chance to review the Ozeri WeightMaster Digital Bathroom Scale. It comes with MICROBAN® Antimicrobial Product Protection, that disrupts the growth of bacteria and helps maintain surface cleanliness. Think about it, everyone steps on their scale with bare feet, well at least in our family they do most of the time. Sometimes we even weigh ourselves after a good workout, sweat, yuck. But with the Micoban technology we don’t have to worry about all the bacteria that can grow on our scale. The cool thing is they guarantee this protection for the life of the scale. And the scale comes with a full warranty. Below are my thoughts after using it daily for a week and a half.

Things I love about this scale.
-It takes 3 AAA batteries, a lot of scales only take watch batteries and that can add up when replacing them, with AAA batteries the cost to replace is a lot less.
-It has a light up display with large numbers. I can read this in the dark and with my glasses off. It’s simple to see your number while standing straight up.
-It can accurately capture weights in increments of 0.2 pounds. My old scale only did 0.5 increments. In the photo above you can see that it says 75.2 lbs. This gives me more of a sense of where my weight is during the day and each day.
-You don’t have to pre-tap before you step on the scale. You can just step on and it measures you right then. I just think that it’s really cool.
-The material used on the top of the scale is anti-slip. It actually feels nice and soft.
-The accuracy is amazing. My youngest daughter has weighed herself a couple times this past week, it’s always been the same, and it matched up to what she weighed at the doctors.
-The weight can be displayed in pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kg). We weigh in pounds but sometimes the doctor wants to know kilograms. It’s nice that we can do both with one scale and not have to calculate the differences.

I am over all very impressed with this scale. It’s going to help my husband and I stay on track with our weight-loss goals. And it’s going to help us keep track of our middle child’s weight to check on her health with T1D.
