I’m excited to take part on Brett Hoebel’s 20 Minute Body Challenge for the month of June. I’m getting the chance to test out his NEW workout program before it hits the shelves on DVD. The workouts are 20 minutes long and meal prep for the day should be no more then 20 minutes. I’ll be on this journey for the next 20 days. Not only do I look forward to working out with Brett I look forward bounding with the group of people taking part in this challenge. Plus I’m hoping these workouts will help me to my goal of 190lbs by the end of summer, I have a long way to go but I’m already starting. There are also going to be weekly prizes and a grand prize for those who participate.
I’ve already looked over the meal plan and it looks so simple and most are foods I already eat, just not in the right portions. My shopping list for these next coming weeks is minimal and sounds delicious.
I’m not going to post my stats here until Saturday. In my Saturday post I will be sharing about my first week of workouts and the foods I got to enjoy. As well I will post some photos from day 1 to Saturday and my stats for the week. This week is going to be my most challenging week as we have many doctor’s appointment, my kids dance rehearsal, dance recital, PLUS my parents are coming for a visit. It’s nice to know the workouts will only take 20 minutes of my time, I think everyone has at least 20 minutes to spare in a day.
