My Thoughts-
After been laid out flat on my bed for two weeks I was ready to get back into my workout routine. Problem was my muscles had gotten a bit soft and weak, so after working out my body wasn’t just a bit sore it was really really sore. My 255g bottle of Deep Relief Ice Cold Pain Relief Gel came at just the right time for me to review.

I’ve used this product in the past so i knew it would be beneficial for my muscle pains. Today was a perfect day for me to use Deep Relief. This past week I started working with a Personal Trainer and on Monday he had me working on my arms. On Tuesday my arms were a bit sore but ok, today however I can’t even lift a spoon without them aching. I applied a thin layer of the Deep Relief gel on both arms and then laid down for a short nap. I can say the gel really relaxed my arms and eased the pain so much that I got an hour and a half nap while my kids napped!! It felt great, I felt great!

The Deep Relief gel is blue in color, making me think of cold. The 255g jar is very large and will last a very very long time. When I say a little goes a long way I really mean it. I used maybe a half of a teaspoon worth of the gel total on both arms and that was all I needed.

The gel does not leave a sticky feeling on your skin like some other gels and creams. It does have that same medicine smell from other rub creams out there but it dissipates after awhile and you don’t smell it on you all day like some other pain relief creams out there.

I’m in love. I know if my personal trainer kicks my booty into gear I can at least have some comfort for my tired and sore muscles later. I would recommend Deep Relief Ice Cold Pain Relief Gel to anyone who has sore muscles and needs something to help them ease the pain.
