Shake the Crave 90 Day Challenge- Week 3

I finished week 3 of the Shake the Crave Challenge and I felt great about my week. The weight may be coming off slowly but at least it’s coming off and not going down or staying the same. My goal is for my 1 month post is to have lost a total of 10 lbs. That means I need to pick the pace in my workouts.

My eating has been a ton better. Even through Halloween I was able to control myself, I ate only two small candy bars, that’s a HUGE deal to me. I can usually eat non-stop when it comes to chocolate bars. I’ve been able to keep my calorie count around 1200-1500 a day. The foods I ate was healthier, full of nutrition and what I would call my energy food. The shakes are still tasting great to me. I make my usual shake of unsweetened almond milk, natural peanut butter and a banana. I love the taste and it’s very filling. My favorite snacks right now are blueberries, carrots and cauliflower.

Workouts have been walking with added running. Each day I would run a bit further, I hope to be running a 5K by Spring. I’m looking to loose 3.8 lbs this week to make the total of 10 lbs in one month. I’m eating well, so I’m thinking I need to workout harder, add more weight training and push my cardio harder.

Next week I will also be sharing an updated photo. I’m not sure how much we’ll be able to see from just one month but you never know. I do know my clothes are fitting much better, so there must be some noticeable change.

My Stats-
*My Start Weight is- 236.8 lbs
*Nov 4- 230.6 lbs
*TOTAL LOSS- 6.2 lbs

Goal weight in the next 90 days is to be- 195 lbs.
