Shake the Crave 90 Day Challenge- Week 6

Week number 6 of the Shake the Crave challenge has been my best. I think I’m finally getting in to a great groove. I’m working out each day and I’m eating healthy and thinking about eating healthy.

My eating this past week was almost 100% perfect. I avoided pizza, we only had pasta one day this week and I added more healthy carbs and meats to our dinners. I felt proud of my eating this week and I know it can only get better from here.

I was able to do the elliptical 5 days this week. Plus I did a lot of walking while shopping and on Sunday I was on my feet for a few hours while helping decorate our church for Christmas. I’ve also added crunches (several different kinds) and plank to my workout routine.

Mentally and physically this is the best I’ve felt in a long time. This feeling is pushing me on to work even harder. I still haven’t reached my weekly goals for this month but I’m getting closer. I’m going to work even harder this week to be able to loose at least 4 lbs. I know I can do it, I’ve done it in the past, it just takes a lot of hard work and dedication.

My Stats-
*My Start Weight is- 236.8 lbs
*Nov 11- 225.7 lbs
*TOTAL LOSS- 11.1 lbs
*Month 1 total loss- 7.3 lbs
*Month 2 total loss- 3.8 lbs
*Month 3 total loss-

Goal weight in the next 90 days is to be- 195 lbs.
