Week number 10 (actually 11) of the Shake the Crave challenge.
It was Christmas last week, so I wasn’t sure how much I would loose. I was glad to have lost something, even if it was a small amount (-0.2 lbs). This week will be even crazier, as we’re having all our family Christmas times. But I plan on eating in moderation and hope to loose a bit more next week. My goal is to be to 220 lbs by week 11, that would mean loosing 2.3 lbs in one week. I can do it if I work really hard, I want to be there so badly!!
I didn’t get much real exercise, but I did do a massive house cleaning that took a few hours. I guess that can count a bit.

*My Start Weight is- 236.8 lbs
*Dec 30- 222.3 lbs
*TOTAL LOSS- 14.5 lbs
*Month 1 total loss- 7.3 lbs
*Month 2 total loss- 6.6 lbs
*Month 3 total loss- 0.6 lbs
Goal weight in the next 90 days is to be- 195 lbs (new goal weight is to be at 210 lbs).
