Week number 10 of the Shake the Crave challenge.
I did not loose any weight this week. I’m not totally sure why, I ate very well almost all week, with the exception of one day. I’m thinking it’s my lack of sleep that has halted my weight loss for this week. So I was thinking, 2 weeks ago I didn’t eat at all, this means I have an extra week of shakes. I want to do a do-over of this week, week 10. SO next week you will see the title say, “Week 10 do-over”. I need to do this for me. I’m discouraged but if I allow myself this do-over I think it will excite me more. It will be a tough week for a do-over, as it’s Christmas, but it’s also the perfect time for it. If I can eat well during the holidays I know I can eat well anytime.

*My Start Weight is- 236.8 lbs
*Dec 23- 222.5 lbs
*TOTAL LOSS- 14.3 lbs
*Month 1 total loss- 7.3 lbs
*Month 2 total loss- 6.6 lbs
*Month 3 total loss- 0.4 lbs
Goal weight in the next 90 days is to be- 195 lbs (new goal weight is to be at 210 lbs).
