Shake the Crave 90 Day Challenge- Week 9

Week number 9 of the Shake the Crave challenge, in my last few weeks.

I’m still recovering from my really no good very bad week two weeks ago. I went from not eating at all to adding few foods at a time. The Shake the Crave shakes have really helped me stay on track. They also gave me the chocolate I was craving through my stress.

I didn’t loose much weight but I still had a loss. I’m expecting this next week to go a bit better. I didn’t realize when I started this challenge that my last week would be through Christmas holidays. But I plan on finishing my last three weeks STRONG!!

I didn’t have any energy this week for exercise. I ended up taking naps when the baby was taking naps, I needed rest. I hope to slowly pick up going back to my elliptical this coming week.

I’m still loving these shakes. They fill me up, give me energy for the day and fulfill my chocolate cravings.

My Stats-
*My Start Weight is- 236.8 lbs
*Dec 9- 222.5 lbs
*TOTAL LOSS- 14.3 lbs
*Month 1 total loss- 7.3 lbs
*Month 2 total loss- 6.6 lbs
*Month 3 total loss- 0.4 lbs

Goal weight in the next 90 days is to be- 195 lbs (new goal weight is to be at 210 lbs).
