My Thoughts-
We don’t have many Easter DVD’s in our house, so when we were given the opportunity to review Zack & Quack: Popping Hopping Easter, we were excited. The DVD is 55 minutes long and has 5 episode. So around 11 minutes per episode, great length for the kiddos.

I’ve never seen any of the Zack & Quack episodes so I didn’t know what to expect. Zack and his friends are part of a pop-up book. They explore pages of different stories, each page have “lift the flap”, “pull to pop-up” and “spin to change” features. This adds a fun and unique twist to the regular children’s shows.

Zack and his friends go on adventures and have to use the tab features on each page to get through the story, fix problem and call for help. There is always a life lesson threaded through the story and Zack learns to trust/rely on his friends.

I really enjoyed watching these shows, they are cute but not so cute to annoy me. My kids LOVED these episodes. My 8 years old asked if we can get more from Zack & Quack.

I would say this would be best geared towards ages 0-6 but some older kids might like it. This Easter special one would make a great addition to your Easter baskets.
