My Thoughts-
I’ve had a lot of injuries in my life, accident prone. With those injuries comes chronic pain. I have a lot of pain in my Achilles and in my elbow. I’m also being tested for rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia because of all over joint pain. I was recently introduced to NatraCure and their new PolyGel ThermoActive Hot/Cold & Compression Cuff. I used something similar at physio after I ruptured my Achilles and I remember how good it felt to use. I couldn’t wait to test out NaraCure’s version of this product.

IMG_5022The product came in a reusable sealed bag. The instructions were easy to follow and came with the product as well. You can pick to freeze the PolyGel pack or leave it at room temp and heat it when needed. The PolyGel pack is Velcro on to the compression band and is removed to cool or heat. It is recommended to place a fabric layer between the gel pack and your skin. You then tighten it to your arm and squeeze the compression bulb to desired pressure. This can be left on up to 20 minutes.

IMG_4648I felt like this was simple to use. The directions were very clear on what I needed to do. The use of the gel pack, compression band and bulb were easy enough to put together and use without confusion. I used this product on my ankle and my forearm (to help with my elbow). I used it cold on my ankle and I used it both cold and hot on my arm. I could feel it helping my pain just like at physio. I use the NaraCure product every week.

I would recommend checking out this company, they have many products to use for your many physical needs. They are sold in many sizes to help fit almost any body type as well. I`m thinking of getting the ThermoActive Hot/Cold & Compression Elbow Support for the extreme elbow pain I’ve been having.
