My Thoughts-
“Adventures in Babysitting” is Disney Channel’s 100th original movie to be release and it is now on DVD.

I grew up in the 80’s and loved the craziness of the original “Adventures in Babysitting”, I worried that I would not like this new version. I can honestly say I loved this new movie. They use many concepts and technology for today’s kids. The main characters, Jenny (Sabrina Carpenter of Disney Channel’s hit comedy series “Girl Meets World”) and Lola (Sofia Carson of the hit Disney Channel Original Movie “Descendants”) are both trying for the same internship, by some mix up they get each other’s cellphones. When Jenny is faced with two babysitting jobs she asked Lola to step in and help. They eventually find themselves roaming the city with kids in tow looking for one of the kids that ran out to sneak into a concert. Through it they find themselves in crazy and hilarious circumstances.

My kids loved this movie. They were laugh so much through it. My oldest said she loved it because the two girls are running around and running away from some bad guys but don’t know the reason why these bad guys are following them. She would recommend this movie to kids her age, age 10. She thinks they will laugh a lot too.

This movie is very different than the one from the 80’s but it still holds the crazy adventures of being a babysitter. I think parents that grew up in the 80’s will enjoy. Trust me, it’s a fun new twist on a great classic.
