Wine & Cheese at Gibson Sound & Vision
We had a fun night at Gibson Sound & Vision with their Wine & cheese. Sony Canada was present and did several demos of their products. My favorite was the 3D camcorder demo. You put on the 3D glasses and sit in front of a TV, and you see yourself in 3D!!! I couldn’t believe it, it was so weird. The guy doing the demo then moved his hand really close to the camera and freaked me out, LOL.
I also got to watch a video game being played in 3D, totally loved that. And I learned about Qriocity , so sweet. I love the radio and the fact you can watch current, new movies through it without having to go to the rental store.
I also got to see some familiar faces. First Steven from Gibson, he sold us our Tv, blu-ray and Tv stand. We also saw the ladies from Those2Girls and K/W Momstown and KarmicEvolution.
They also had our tweets up on the screen, which was cool to see. And tons of little and BIG giveaways. Chris got a hat and we both walked out with a clear mug(everyone got one of those). Just hoping to win the Sony 3D TV(we’ll see later…)

MY Thoughts-
Lee loves playing on daddy’s iPhone but daddy hates the thought of her dropping it. I always hear, “be careful, don’t drop my phone”, all the time. When look for some great Father’s Day gifts to review for Rogers TV the people at My Armadillo Pillow contacted me. The minute I looked over their website I knew this is a perfect gift for daddy.
My Armadillo Pillow has many colors to choose from both for men & women. I picked a blue flame pattern for Chris. It fit his phone a bit tight and was hard to use the screen but he thinks it was because he had a small case on it already along with a screen protector on it too. Lee loved it. She said it was nice to have a soft pillow to hold the phone with. I love it too and love that there is a place to hold some cards, like drivers license, debit card, credit card… I also love that it has a key ring. So with the My Armadillo Pillow I can carry one thing and have all I need while out.
My Armadillo Pillow also makes pads for your iPad too. I encourage you all to check them out. I think they’ll make a perfect gift for your loved ones or for your own use.

Chris’ Thoughts-
Erica asked me to review the HIDEIN security key for her. It was a little difficult to get setup at first as my computer wouldn’t run it at first, but once I got everything figured out and setup it is quite easy to use. They key allows you to encrypt (protect & secure) files on the USB key, as well as other keys and files on your hard drive. Once you plug in the USB key after it’s all setup, it will bring up a password screen which you need to have correct in order to see the files on the key. This is great for personal files that you don’t want people to have access to such as financial backups or for business to secure data. Overall I would recommend this product, but I would caution that the setup instructions leave a couple minor steps out, at least from my experience (I had to remove and plug back in the key between some steps).
