My Thoughts-
Before I totally start I have to say I am so very excited to share my thoughts on “Fit Moms for Life”.
I learned so much from this book. I thought I knew a lot about health and fitness before reading the book. But I realized there was a lot of things I’ve been doing to sabotage long term weight loss and health. Dustin goes through 3 aspects. Your thoughts, your fitness and your food. You need a right mind set to be able to succeed in a long and healthy life style. You need to be consuming the right kind of foods at the right time. I even learned more about carbs and the importance of fat/protein in my diet and why sometimes my hormones are out of whack. In fact I think the diet part was my favorite and I learned the most from. I can’t wait to implement what I learned here for my whole family. I also learned about fitness and what we think is helping is actually hurting us. I’ve been doing crunches after crunches with no really results, I learned I’m doing it all wrong.
I don’t want to give too much away from this book as I think it’s a great book you should go out and buy and read and share with others. I loved what I learned from this book that I’m actually going to be purchasing Dustin’s monthly “Fit Moms For Life” DVD program. It really sounds like the program for me and I know I’ll see results.
One thing that stood out to me about this book is all the success stories written in between each of the chapter of the book. You can read and SEE the results of real moms being able to life a fit, healthy life. I saw plenty of moms who look like me and have 2-3 kids that have had amazing success using Dustin’s programs.
I really think all moms should read this book and even think about possibly getting one or more of his DVD programs. He understands what moms need and how little of time we have. Plus he has the same “motto” I have, no excuses. You can do this, if you really and truly want it.

My Thoughts-
I am excite to introduce you all to Teethease for many reasons. My first reason is I love it’s a Canadian company. Supporting Canadian companies is important to me. My Second reason is I loved how these looked online I just had to show you.
My first impression after opening the mailing package was how cute the packaging was. It looks sort of like a paint can. If you have older kids they’ll love using it to put their little treasures in.
My second impression was how big the “rocks” where in the Teethease- Rock•ease necklace. I thought it might look kind of sill on me, but after trying it on I saw how cute it looked. It fit perfectly and hung at just the right length. I also love how soft each “rock” feels. It will be perfect for little hands and mouths.
Some other features I love about the Teethease necklaces are they have break-away clasps and they are “made of FDA approved medical grade silicone, free of BPA, PVC, latex, heavy metals, phthalates and meets the highest international safety standards (EN-71).” This gives me peace of mind that my kids are safe chewing on this.
I’m bringing the Rock•ease necklace by Teethease with me on TV this coming month as one of the “perfect” gifts to give your loved one for Valentine’s day. I would also like to point out they also sell many different styles of Teethease Pendant Necklace and Teethease Bangles. So if your loved one would prefer something different then the rock-ease then you have a lot of choices.

“But Now You’re Gone” 3 years now
I had a miscarriage May 27th, 2008. I was 12 weeks along. It was a physically tough miscarriage and mentally painful. I got to see my baby when he/she came out and I don’t care what the medical world says, he/she was a baby. He/she had arms, feet, head, eyes, nose…
Below is what I wrote for our lost baby on the day he/she left us. A few weeks later we went to Build-a-Bear and created a bear in the baby’s memory and I put this poem inside with the heart. When I’m sad and missing our baby I hug this bear.
“We wanted you so bad
We dreamed of You
But Now you’re gone.
I dreamed of looking at your face
Of seeing your eye & smile
But now you’re gone
Oh my little baby how I long to hold you
How I long to whisper in your ear, “I love you.”
But you are gone
My heart longs for you
I look forward to the day we get to meet in heaven.
I love you my child.
Love, your mommy(May 27th, 2008)”

“I love this shirt, it’s very comfortable and looks great. The shirt is made of very light and breathable material, so it’s cool for the summer. Plenty of room in the mid-section for your expanding tummy. Can be worn with many outfits because of the colour and style. You can dress it up with a skirt or pants or dress down with jeans or shorts. Bottom line, an excellent addition to my maternity wardrobe.”

My Thoughts-
I am reviewing the Personalised Baby Gifts – Cow by Carla Daly. I am in love with my print from Carla Daly. This one is for my little Moo, and since we call her Moo the cow print fits perfectly. It’s fully personalized(hence the reason I did not post a photo of my personal one, as it contains my address) and is a perfect keepsake to be framed. I know we will keep this forever and hand it down to Moo when she is older.
The print quality is amazing, bright colors and thick paper. The design is super cute too, the bus introduces us to Moo and takes us on a tour of her life, stating her birthday and birth weight, the place she was born, the place she lives now, the names of her family and so much more. Every time I look at it I see more details and more personal details on it.
Another print I hope to order is the Kids Door Sign – Giraffe and with FREE shipping I am even more excited. Maybe it should say “bassgiraffe- thinking”… LOL
