Nutrisystem Week #7

I am writing this part prior to weighing myself, so that I can talk opening about my week.
Sunday I celebrated the Super Bowl with some friends. I ate 3 slices of pizza, some chips and hummus. I know that was not the best idea and my tummy regretted it the next day. I was very sick to my stomach. Plus the pizza didn’t taste as good as I remembered it, so I didn’t even enjoy it. I did enjoy the chips though.
The rest of the week I kept skipping my afternoon snack of a fruit & a dairy/protein. I either would forget, run out of time, or just didn’t feel like it. I know it’s important to eat at regular times and to make sure I get the proper nutrition but I was lazy this week.
Friday night I took Lee to the movies. One of my weaknesses is movie theater popcorn. I LOVE eating a large tub and then get the free refill and eat more. I can proudly say I only at a small popcorn and even though it isn’t on the meal plan I feel proud because I didn’t eat as much as I would have liked.
Nutrisystem has been great for me. I am constantly learning portion sizes, my cravings for my favorite junk foods are becoming less and I have a lot more energy.
I did shovel snow for an hour last Sunday and was able to get a few sessions of steps in, I hope this will help me this week.
So with all that being said I am about to weigh myself and share with you the news. So here we go….

A food I haven’t tried yet and am looking forward to is a Fudge Brownie for dessert. Sounds yummy. I will let you know how it is once my new order comes next week.


Now for the moment we all have been waiting for, the weigh-in. I weighed in at 224.7lbs today. For a loss this week of 2.6lbs and a total of 17.3lbs
