My Thoughts-
As a parent, if you haven’t heard of Peppa Pig, you should. The show is on Nick Jr in the US and on Treehouse in Canada. Each episode are about 5 minutes long and teach a great moral lesson.

Peppa Pig: Peppa’s Christmas DVD contains 12 episode and is 60 minutes long. The first episode is their Christmas special. Peppa Pig and her brother write to Santa and get into the holiday spirit. The other episodes cover topics like, visiting the dentist, writing to a pen pal and going on a bus trip.

I was worried that these videos might be a bit annoy for a parent but I was surprised at how fun they were to watch. Peppa and her brother are very kind to each other and treat their parents with respect. This is nice, as a lot of children’s shows have what I would call “bratty” characters. I can allow my kids to watch Peppa Pig without any worry of them picking up any naughty behaviors. I think the only “annoying” thing would be my kids are now oinking like a pig now, but really it’s cute.

This Christmas special DVD would be perfect for the weeks off from school during the holidays. Below I’m giving away a copy of Peppa Pig: Peppa’s Christmas DVD and Peppa Pig: Bubbles DVD (review for this DVD coming soon).
